Our Story

Hi, I’m Freedom Pigott, the founder of Freedom Development Foundation (FDF). Creating FDF has given me the opportunity to make a tangible, on-the-ground impact and has brought a deep sense of purpose to my life. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about knowing that the work we do is contributing to sustainable change that will benefit generations to come. It’s seen in the smiles of those now accessing clean water, the flourishing farms that were once struggling, and the security that comes from knowing food and support are always available.

Donation Policy

85% of donations are spent on supporting livelihoods and providing amenities. The remaining 15% goes towards all operational costs and invested into raising further funds. We believe in full transparency of all donations made. Donations also such as Zakat and Sadaqah are applicable.
