Solar-Powered Water Wells
Location: The Gambia and Tanzania.
Purpose: To increase access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation, thereby reducing water-borne diseases, particularly among children.
Aims:
Construct electric pump systems that provide easy access to clean water from taps, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Each borehole serves approximately 1,000 people within a village, significantly improving their quality of life.
