A Family Shattered by War
My name is Ayman, I’m 32 years old, unmarried, and I live in Gaza with my elderly, sick parents and my five siblings.
A few months ago, our entire home was destroyed in an airstrike. In one terrifying moment, we lost everything: our home, our belongings, our sense of safety. Everyone in my family was injured, and we were forced to flee from one dangerous area to another just to survive.
My father is 75 years old, frail, and severely ill. My mother, 67 years old, is battling cancer. They require medication and care that we simply cannot afford anymore.
My four sisters, aged between 29 and 37, are educated but have never been able to find work. They remain unmarried and without any source of income. My younger brother, Hussam, is only 23 and was forced to stop his education due to the war. He now suffers from a lymphatic tumor and urgently needs surgery.
We are now homeless, food-insecure, and without access to proper medical care. Prices for basic necessities like bread, water, and medicine have skyrocketed — and there is no way we can survive without help.
We are humbly asking for your support to help us:

Cover the cost of urgent medical treatments for our mother and brother.

Coding for Rohingya Girls – Empowering Through Digital Skills
In collaboration with Umme Salman Safura Begum Girls Madrasha, SWAN, and DREAMERS ACADEMY, we are running the Coding for Kids programme, empowering Rohingya girls with vital digital skills. These young girls, often facing barriers to education, now have the opportunity to learn coding and programming, opening doors to future employment and self-sufficiency.
With 82 classes completed across 7 batches, students have gained hands-on experience in coding, with an 85% learning success rate. The programme not only teaches technical skills but also builds confidence, problem-solving abilities, and a sense of empowerment in a digital world.

More than 50% of Afghanistan’s population lives below the poverty line, struggling to meet basic needs. Since August 2021, widows, orphans, and vulnerable families have faced one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises, with food insecurity at critical levels due to economic collapse and drought.
SWAN is providing life-saving bread through weekly distributions in Kabul & Kandahar. The SWAN Bakery in Kandahar employs local bakers, ensuring a sustainable solution while feeding thousands in need. Orphans and widowed families are priority beneficiaries, receiving fresh bread up to three times a week.
SWAN distributed:

🍞 1400 bread packs per week (Kandahar) – 5600 per month
🍞 A total of 447,350 breads throughout the year

🌿 In Loving Memory of Julia Clifford – Give Water, Give Freedom 💧
Julia was an incredible woman who dedicated over 30 years of service to the Houses of Parliament, working in the Members' Chamber and serving MPs and Prime Ministers with unwavering dedication. Her kindness, hard work, and selflessness left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. In recognition of her incredible service, the Members' Tea Room was renamed Julia’s Tea Room, and a plaque now stands in her honour—a true testament to a woman who was simply herself every day and loved by all.
Julia’s life was sadly cut short after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Though she won that fight, she later contracted COVID-19 and, despite her immense strength and determination, was unable to overcome it. She was a pillar of her family, a friend to many, and she will forever be missed.
To honour her incredible legacy of kindness and service, we are raising funds to build a solar-powered water well in her memory. This well will provide lifesaving clean water** to communities in need, reflecting Julia’s lifelong dedication to helping others.

At present, our existing equipment is no longer adequate for the increasing demands we face. Without this trolley, transfers become physically difficult and potentially unsafe, placing strain on our small team and limiting our ability to respond promptly to families in need.

Removal of Trees
Seven dead trees around the Darul Uloom grounds have been identified as a significant threat to life and property due to their unstable condition. After a thorough inspection, the local council has granted permission to remove these hazardous trees to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
Given the potential risk of falling branches or entire trees, it is of utmost importance that this removal project is undertaken without delay. The deteriorated state of the trees poses an immediate danger, particularly during adverse weather conditions, when the likelihood of falling debris increases substantially.
To maintain a safe environment and prevent possible injury or property damage, we request urgent action to complete the tree removal process. The safety and well-being of our community remain our highest priority, and we appreciate your prompt attention to this critical matter.

The project aims to support students who have fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree in nursing, but whose university certificates have been withheld due to their inability to pay tuition fees. In some rural areas, walking several miles to get water, especially in Winter, is a real task for families. A Tent Village for Gaza
Revive’s donor and fundraising community have come together, raising funds to allow for a tent village to be established in Gaza providing emergency shelter for over 2000 people!

It's Farming Season!
For just £25, you can provide a household farmer with a 20kg Farmer’s Pack containing fertilizers and seeds.
This essential support helps them cultivate crops and sustain their families with food for an entire year, fostering self-sufficiency and reducing dependency on aid.
A single pack yields approximately 500 kg of maize, feeding a family of four two meals a day for 10 months.

Who can pay Fidya? Those unable to fast due to chronic or short-term illness, pregnancy, old age, or medical conditions requiring regular medication.
