Our Story
Rahma Mercy was established in 1999 in response to the humanitarian crisis caused by the war in Kosovo. From a humble beginning as a group of 12 volunteers embarking on a humanitarian aid convoy, we have grown into a UK-registered charity supporting thousands across the Balkans.
Today, Rahma Mercy actively works in five regions within the Balkans: Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Bosnia. Locally, we also assist the Wesley Hall Community Food Bank in Leicester, a project initiated by MP and Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Jon Ashworth. Our mission is to deliver humanitarian aid and educational opportunities to the less fortunate, regardless of their background.
Our Specialism
Specializing in reviving Islamic values and delivering humanitarian aid throughout the Balkans.

Donation Policy
Rahma Mercy ensures all donations are spent on their intended purpose. To cover administrative costs, we utilize income from the government's Gift Aid scheme, shop sales, clothes banks, and donations specifically allocated for admin. Additionally, non-specified Lillah and Nafl Sadaqah's contributions help us deliver and implement our projects effectively.
