Providing hope to the communities in the UK

SWAN is dedicated to fighting hunger and supporting vulnerable communities across South London. With three weekly soup kitchens and food banks, we ensure that individuals and families facing hardship have access to warm meals and essential groceries.

Our mission extends beyond food—we provide education, guidance, and support to help people build resilience and self-sufficiency. We also run a monthly art club for refugee children, offering a safe space for creativity and connection.

With your help, we can continue feeding those in need, supporting refugees, and strengthening our communities.
